Dillard's is a perfectly good department store. They have nice clothes, good brands, and I've always found the staff to be friendly. But if I'm being fair, I'm not sure how often I would actually walk into Dillard's just because of the store or the selection.

Unfortunately, it is becoming harder and harder to find exceptional customer service!
During my recent visit, not a single associate greeted me in the ladies’ formal department. One employee walked right past me, saying only, “Excuse me.” After I said hello first, she asked if I was looking for anything specific. When I explained that I was looking for semi-formal attire, she quickly named a few other departments and then moved on, walking away backwards.
