Sergio’s shop is clean and welcoming. I told him the style I wanted, showed him a couple pictures and he went to work. The amount of time he put into my haircut and beard trim is something I’ve never experienced. I look like a completely different person. I am blow away by the detail and care he took to make sure I looked my best walking out of his shop! I left confidently with a huge smile on my face. Highly recommend.“

“I moved to kentucky and have been here for around 4 years. I’ve gone to multiple barbers and repeatedly never really liked my hair at the end or till the cut grew out until my friend told me about Chris. I’ve gone to Chris multiple times over the past year or so and never had a bad experience with himself or anyone else in the shop. When i was telling him what i wanted he made sure before he cut it that we had through communication and after my 2nd time going he already remembered what i get. By far the best barber i’ve been to and would recommend to anyone. I saw someone say he didn’t get want he wanted and honestly I know of 4 people and all with different hair types go to him and never once have had a bad cut. when i first went to him i had super long hair so I can confidently say Chris can work with any type or length of hair. To best get your desired haircut you should have a good knowledge on the cut you want and the hair type you have. If you communicate and explain what you’re wanting i wholeheartedly believe Chris would never mess you up.“

“We drove down and from the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was calm and exactly what we hoped for. Each moment (even the tears) was met with nothing less than acceptance and compassion. If Vern ever had a moment feeling like “omg this kid is a lot” … we never saw it. He really just poured into our child, and us; calm, compassion, love, and most importantly humanity. We weren’t treated like butts in seats. Our son was treated like a child who was struggling to learn something new and had big emotions about it.

After all was done, we went on our way and our son was back to smiling like nothing happened.

The next day, my husband tried what Vernon suggested with clippers at home and our son actually sat and was calm for the most part as he pretended to clip thru our sons hair, then our son handed my husband play scissors and we let him pretend to cut our hair and he thought it was cool!

Even though I am a new customer, they worked me in the same day even though I called just a couple of hours before they closed. I enjoyed my conversation with Darnell as I learned of his journey getting to where he is today.
