Even though I am a new customer, they worked me in the same day even though I called just a couple of hours before they closed. I enjoyed my conversation with Darnell as I learned of his journey getting to where he is today. He completely understood my vague vision of what my beard should look like (not fuzzy on the sides and no ZZ Top). I was thoroughly impressed and very happy with the end results of my new look.
