What I do really appreciate is the staff will send you emails during the visit about different brands of food or hygiene items to try. FTAH is also very forthcoming about prices of procedures, exams, assessments and meds. I definitely feel like they treat my dog like a member of the family. Dr. Garber will talk with me, address Cash, “talk” with him, examine, spray cheese and whatever else which makes the overall experience feel better instead just a transaction. I may have been there a total of 30-40 minutes today which may seem like a while but truly I wasn’t being rushed out the door and all my questions were answered and follow up was communicated.“
