On Point Pet Resort provides exceptional care for pets, including multiple dogs. The staff is helpful and attentive, ensuring pets receive the best attention and activities. The facility is very clean and the staff is top notch, helping to ease any worries owners might have. Many pets, including senior dogs and rescues with personality, are well cared for, with staff making sure they eat, stay safe, and are comfortable. The resort posts regular updates and pictures, allowing owners to stay connected and worry-free while away. The team is kind, loving, and makes sure pets are relaxed and happy, making On Point a welcoming and caring environment. It is an affordable and highly recommended choice for pet owners who want their pets to be safe, loved, and well looked after.
Genuinely, you can’t find a better boarding facility. We feel safe and comfortable knowing our dogs are being really well cared for in a great environment. We’ve tested a few boarding facilities (just to try to find the best fit in the area), and On Point truly stands out.
We have now used On Point Pet Resort twice for boarding our cat while we have traveled. The staff are always friendly, helpful, and they genuinely seem to care about our pet. Pictures are posted several times a day. We will most definitely use On Point again when our cat needs to be boarded.
I don’t think I can adequately express in words how much it means to us to know that Hayden is so well loved and taken care of when he is with you all. Thank you for everything you do and for taking such good care of our guy!
