My father recently retired from dentistry, and my wife and I have been searching for a new family dentistry to handle our dental needs.

Dr. Dilts and his staff had a sense of familiarity and comfort, reminiscent of my father’s old practice.

We are delighted with our decision to choose Dr. Dilts for our dental care.

Dr. Dilts and his staff are fabulous. He is very honest, does not overcharge or do unnecessary work. Unfortunately, they do not take my insurance, however, I will not go anywhere else.

I have been going here for 20+ years. The dental techs and dentist is amazing. The accounting/ office management on thee other hand (sad really). I was recently sent a bill that the best they can explain is that it is a previous balance from 2019. They can’t tell me why I owe this nor can I look it up from my end (my insurance online portal doesn’t go back this far nor can I check my banking information without paying to get historicals to see if I have already paid this bill). Mind you the bill is very small but the point is the poor accounting practices and based on reviews, I’m not the only one that this has happened to.
