Moving to FL has had it's challenges. Especially with Wyatt’s feeding tube supplies. We have now moved Pediatricians 3 times, as well as medical supply companies. We found Pediatric Home Service online and spoke to Shalini, an Outreach Representative. When I told her we bought our own pump and have been paying for things out of pocket because of the delays with other companies (not complaining we will do whatever is needed) she took matters into her own hands and lead control. We have been a customer of this company for 8 months and have consistently received great service with our deliveries, which typically arrive in bulk with accompanying paperwork allowing us to verify the completeness of the shipment.
However, this month's delivery deviated from our usual experience, as the supplies were packaged individually and the packing list omitted certain items that we normally receive.
Despite contacting the company multiple times and speaking with three different representatives regarding the missing items, we were initially assured delivery would occur on January 23rd, 2026, and then again on January... read full review

Shout out to Kyle , Candace, & Brandon , Kyle was the 1st person my son & I met almost 2 yrs ago he still continues to assist us , especially when I'm in a pinch and need to get my baby's equipment ready for medical daycare that he attends , ( which he knows and has developed strong relationships with, they all love Him!) Candace, goes above and beyond to make sure Adrian's needs are met and she is always courteous.Brandon, is always willing to help out and is just a pleasant person to work with! Thanks to you guys!!! you really are making this company look flawless with all your hard work and dedication to our children.
