From start to finish, working with Cincinnati Closets was a dream. Life threw us a curveball and I had to unexpectedly delay our project. They were not only understanding, but genuinely caring—something you don’t often find in the middle of a construction or renovation process. Cincinnati Closets has been awesome to our family!
They designed and put in our closets 17 years ago, and they are still amazing and perfect for us .
In addition, they live up to their lifetime guarantee. We just had something break and they were out here and fixed it in no time flat, charging us nothing & with no hassle! Very impressed with their customer service and quick response!

Called Cincinnati Closets to quote our job before we even closed on our new home. The owner came out the day we closed (at our convenience) and gave us a competitive quote. He said they could be out to install in 2-3 weeks, the quickest turnaround we were quoted. They actually came out 5 days later because another job was postponed by a paint project. Owner came out with another gentleman (his installer) at 7:30am and they were out by 10am. I was able to get to work on a day I expected to take off. They did a tremendous job, were very professional and friendly. They left the place spotless and we now have a beautiful walk-in. Will post pictures soon.
