Friendly guys at the service desk. They had the blower wheel I needed in stock and waiting. Happy to confirm the part was correct and in stock on the phone. Enabled me to get our furnace back online in short order on a very cold day. Came recommended by a friend that has his own residential HVAC business.
I stopped in A-1 electric motor today as a repeat customer to see if they had a capacitor that would work on my 30 year old scroll saw and they did not disappoint me. Not only did they have it,,,,,,,the part was made in the USA. I love this place for my electrical needs!
This place honestly showed me what true customer service is.. They were fast to answer the phone.. ask the right questions and even make sure I had a reference number so when I went into the store I was already ready to be taken care of.. they even took the time to explain to me in detail what I had to do to get the job at my residence done. Honestly one of the best stores I have been in a long time. I am BLOWN away with how kind they treated me.
