“It is a Saturday night , 21 degree weather , and I called at 7:40pm . By 8 o’clock he was here . It’s now 9:23 , and all though it was just a loose wire , I couldn’t be more thankful we had someone out so fast and efficient to help us with this issue. The first call I made and they wasted zero time. We will be using them again for any future issues !“
