“We sustained storm damage that broke the incoming service weather head and laid the service cable across my neighbors driveway. I called numerous electrical contractors but Heads was the only company that was willing to come out the same day and give an estimate. The price was reasonable and once we gave ok, he had parts ordered, and the crew was on scene in less than hour. The work was done that afternoon and was professional and the crew was very courteous. “We needed an electrician and Reitz Service was called and my husband explained the problem they said they would be here next day at 9-2 he was here at 9. Matthew got us up and running, he told and showed us what was wrong and did a great job. He didn't leave until the job was done. Would definitely recommend them. We felt safer after he left. Also we have a dog and it didn't bother him that he was barking actually they made friends with each other which was helpful for us all. Wouldn't hesitate to call on them again.“
