She was soft-spoken, professional, and incredibly friendly from the moment I arrived. She took the time to ask about my problem areas and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire session.
During the massage, Donna explained what she was doing and why, which made the experience both soothing and informative. Her technique was excellent, and I could genuinely feel the tension melting away. The soft, calming music in the background made everything even more peaceful.
