Excellent customer experience this past Saturday! We were traveling on 75 and had an alternator going out. We were over two hours from home and three hours from our destination. Dr. P (John, Crystal, and crew) was technically closed for construction, but still answered the phone. After hearing our situation, they offered to look at our vehicle. They worked on our van as if they were open for normal business hours. We were quickly back on the road. Their customer service and kindness turned what could have been a difficult situation into nothing more than an unexpected stop. Thank you!!!

Was on the road from Detroit to Atlanta and my car broke down in Kentucky. Triple A sent me to this place and they were able to get me in and my car fixed the next morning! Fairly cheap if you know the problem and are able to get the part yourself. Everyone if very friendly and will do all they can to help if your traveling or in the area!Service: Auto battery maintenance

We were heading out on a cross country trip to the west coast. On our first day out our AC had issues. We pulled into Dr. P’s for help. They diagnosed the issue, repaired it and were very friendly.Service: General repairs & maintenance
