Rainbow provides ongoing care for needs resulting from a home fire episode. They are one of the most professional, courteous, friendly companies I've ever dealt with. They are proactive and responsive in their approach to what seems to me an undaunted task. They make me, their customer, happy to see or hear from them. Their customer service is superb.
Tyler and Casey worked so hard at getting our damaged carpet up and getting our basement dried out after a pipe had burst. They were professional, friendly and worked hard, did an amazing job.
Rainbow Restoration of Cincinnati assisted me with salvaging the contents of my home after a major devastation. It was a long and arduous process from cleaning, organizing, and attempting to save as much as possible of my personal belongings. All employees were extremely helpful and considerate.
Everything was carefully packed in boxes, and protected by a lot of padding. Items were wrapped with paper or bubble wrap, to prevent any further damage to personal contents .
I was missing many sentimental items where by Danny used a metal detector. It was tedious work, sifting through a mountain of debris!
