We have hired Eric from Fine Point Inspections twice now and we couldn't recommend him higher. Eric will not only do a detailed inspection on the home but walk you thru each detail and his recommendations. The report you are provided is of high quality as well. He answered our many questions and arrives on time (early, actually!). Eric is a friendly guy who is very committed to a job well done. During the home buying process, the first home we had him inspect fell thru, and a month later on a different home, we had no doubt we'd hire him again for the inspection. 5 stars!!!
