I appreciated Tanner's quick response to schedule the inspection and then to conduct the inspection. The report was available the next day and was thorough and easy to understand. I highly recommend Tanner's services.
Tanner inspected a home we wanted to buy and was really good. He was informative, gave great tips for helping with possible expenses, and gave us detailed information on every part of the house. He was just a really nice guy and someone whose opinion and expertise I trusted and valued. Highly recommend to anyone looking to have a home inspection
Tanner was extremely thorough in his inspection and the report. He was patient and took time to answer all of my questions. The report was detailed but easy to follow and included pictures of the areas of concern. I cannot recommend Tanner and his team enough.
