It's so refreshing to find a company that stands behind its work! I had Hawkins come out about a week ago to fix some damage that the world's worst contractor did (please see other review) and also asked them to clear a drain in a seldom used bath. When the shower was used 10 days later the tub was still draining slow. I called Hawkins back and they sent out someone immediately to re-snake the drain at NO CHARGE to me! I've recently moved to Carrollton from Atlanta and can assure you this kind of customer service does not exist in the big cities! The plumbing all works perfectly now. I have had Hawkins Plumbing to my house twice. The first time was to repair drain work that had been incorrectly done by a previous plumber. They did excellent work. The second time was after I had a burst pipe as a result of the recent extreme cold temperatures. Dylan was the service technician who came to my house and he was fantastic at letting me know what he was doing each step of the way. Though we never want to need a plumber, I know that when I do need one in the future, I will always call Hawkins.
