I am currently in the middle of a restoration project. The work has been way below standards so far. Furthermore, getting them to finish anything takes so many phone calls, time and energy. I would not recommend this company. Our insurance company called them out. I am wondering why they use a company who has such low takings. I am guessing it is be because they bid low. We already need to have another company redo what they have messed up. Many tears and sleepless nights over this.

it has now been 6 months since my home was damaged in a fire. It took Paul Davis 5 months to come to do the "repairs" but they did such a poor job that their assistant general manager, Owen, even agreed it all had to be taken down and re done. Jeremy Bailey, the owner, doesn't respond to customers unless it is to comment on a bad review, their project managers ignore customers completely, and their contractors perform subpar work. meanwhile, every time it rains, I still have water infiltrating my house and PDR continues to do nothing to fix the botched job they did to repair the initial damage.
