“I was so glad to have found this "little Gem". I was attempting to order an arrangement to be sent to a funeral home in Cadiz, KY for our company located in Clarksville, TN. After attempting SEVERAL other Florist & leaving messages no one ever returned my call....I told my boss I was going to try one more & I am so glad that I did. They actually ANSWERED the phone, were very polite & helpful. With their help a beautiful arrangement was delivered. I had talked with a Ms. Vickie & she was so sweet & explained to me that they are "old schooled" and don't scan & email & that she would have to "mail" me a receipt & I told her that was fine. Made the order on Friday, 5/20/22 & received the receipt in today's mail , Monday, 5/23/22 along with the sweetest note. This experience reminded me of the song by Miranda Lambert "Automatic". Even with all the technology we have today, we might be better off to go back to the "old ways" if it means we get service like I did with this order. Thank you Ms Vickie at Flowers by Jess!“
