“Update 4-9-24: Shop owner called me to apologize and offered to make it right. I appreciate her reaching out and found her honesty refreshing. Definitely a woman who cares about her customers. Thank you, Janie!Called on a Monday for a dozen different colored roses to be sent to a friend who has cancer. Was told Wed or Thurs fresh roses would be in. I asked the gal to wait for the fresh roses. Instead they sent the order to my friend on Tuesday with what they had and it looks awful. Some of the roses are fully open, well past their prime, a few are tightly closed. Way too much baby's breath and not even a ribbon on the vase. For the price I paid, I expected something much more elegant and professional. Very disappointing experience.“
