“I met Jim about ten years ago when he first came into the dog training scene. Throughout my lifetime working in animal care and control I have been involved with lots of dog trainers. I loved Jim’s positive approach to dog training but also knowing how to give a mild correction when needed. I am a firm believer in training so loved his levels training where you continue on with the training to higher levels as the dog progresses, sometimes throughout its lifetime. When Jim opened For Paws I started training there with my adult dogs and loved it. So when I got my Russell Terrier pup, Tally Ho, it was a no brainer to take her there. She is also the best Therapy Dog that I have ever owned. I highly recommend Jim and his training facility if you are looking for a place to train your dog. Not only does he train owners to train their dogs but he also will train dogs himself and work with problem dogs, train therapy and service dogs and is the evaluator for Alliance of Therapy Dogs in this area.
