Randy has been our technician for years and is always on time, polite, and very thorough on the annual maintenance of our units.
This year he was training Tara and she will be an asset to the company.
They are very knowledgeable about their craft, professional, clear and courteous communicators, and showed a high level of INTEGRITY. We contacted a half a dozen other companies before we chose A&B. They answered all questions about their certifications, their processes, and cost estimates during initial inquiry and the tech sent day of was just as knowledgeable, thorough, and courteous. We have used A&B Heating and Air Conditioning for several years for our yearly maintenance service. After our service in April, we discovered that our AC unit had gone bad (this was the original unit to our house - 20 years).
Don met with us to discuss replacing our old and outdated HVAC system, and we were very impressed with him. He was knowledgeable and took the time to answer our questions.
