Very displeased with the service. Had treatments done right before big rain storms. The first time i called and said I didn't see any difference so they came out to spray again for free. The second treatment still no change. I called but didn't get a response until my next scheduled treatment. Was told they didn't get my messages so I was charged for the third treatment even though I was not satisfied. Had ants coming into my house which I had never seen before. Also way more mosquitoes than usual. During my third treatment I found out that they had fired over 20 employees for not doing the job properly. The lady that did the third treatment was there for almost an hour and she did a bunch of stuff that was not done during the first 2 treatments. The first 2 treatments some guys were there for about 5 minutes and just sprayed. Even though they admittedly ripped me off the first 2 times no one made any efforts to rectify the situation. I was billed incorrectly every time and had to call to get the correct bill sent to me. I am very displeased with their service. I feel like I was robbed. And the audacity to leave these giant signs on my property without asking my permission. I dont advertise for businesses and if I did it certainly would not be for free. I will not use their services again nor will I recommend them to anyone!!

From day one the Mosquitoes were gone. I could go outside and not even worry about them. My suggestion is find out someone who is using Mosquitoes Joe and stand in their yard and see for yourself how peaceful it is.

Excellent service! Technicians are very friendly all around, service on the phone is outstanding! I’ve had the liberty to speak with a woman a few times for future sprays and bills to be paid, very respectful customer service! She had a very good understanding on what I needed done. I’ve been using mosquito joe as my sprayers for under a year but will continue these services!

Terrible experience with this company, told us the rates then proceeded to charge us more than promised. When confronted they never would call back after saying they would “look into it “. Now we think they gave out info away because we are receiving weird mail with our names with things added to it. Rude customer service. All bad do not use!
