The girl who did my pedi went at them with the file like a hacksaw- it hurt SO bad. There was nothing gentle or relaxing about this, and she drew blood on my big toe. It was rushed, the water was cold, and I was with 3 friends who had pretty much the same experience. I am not from this area, only visiting, but I would NOT recommend this place for a “spa” pedicure at all. Very disappointing for a night out with friends.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. My 4 year old could have done a better job. Pretty sure this nail tech HAD NO CLUE WHAT WAS DOING. She did not soak my feet. She cut my nails down to nubs. I left with 3 nails bleeding. It was so painful and she was rude as heck. -500 stars. She still charged full price and had the nerve to ask for TIP. The only tip I have is get a different job. WOW.

I don't say this lightly, but this by far was the worst pedicure I've ever had. Clipped my nails down to the quip and proceeded to file, which was painful to the point I had to tell her to stop. The tools were NOT disinfected. The nail tech used the same tools on me and my girlfriend's feet interchangeably, so I am sure this is a common practice. The entire experience was awful and not worth the money. Will not be going back.
