After days of no phone calls returned from Toby’s as a returning customer, I was looking elsewhere for pest control. I saw Brandon for Toby’s at my neighbors and told him the situation. He went the extra mile to get us taken care of, called their office immediately to make a ticket and sprayed our house within 15 minutes of chatting with him. Brandon redeemed Toby’s for us and we hope to get him as our tech again.

I recently had a situation with BB. Justin came out and did the initial walk thru and information, very informative. I signed the contract and we set the schedule for the first spray/dusting. The 1st rep to come spray didn't seem to be on the same page and even said they don't communicate much in regards to the reps that setup the contract/deal. He didn't dust like I expected him to per Justin's sales pitch. Justin did sort it out and I did get dust the next day. The 2nd rep to come out for my followup, was very informative, Braden had a very nice demeanor and mannerism. Tobys has been treating our house since we purchased in 2021 and doing mosquito sprays throughout the spring summer and fall every year! We absolutely love the friendly service we get!
