Picked up a malware virus. Scott did a restore (overnight) and threw in a virus protection to prevent a repeat. Showed me a history of my confidential log-ins which I thought I had deleted. This is the go-to guy for all computer problems.
I brought in a gaming laptop that was having slow boot up problems. Before I brought here, I had taken my laptop to a different repair shop. At that time my problem was worse as my laptop couldn't boot at all and all that other repair shop "fixed" that problem, but the boot up was extremely slow.
