All I did was call to ask a question about a past employee. The conversation was harsh, unwelcoming, short and the last thing that was said was “ I cannot entertain this conversation anymore, I have someone that walked in” and I was hung up on. Very disrespectful for I could have been a future client. I guess I was not worth the time or the respect.
Context: I asked about Mitch gun and that seemed to have struck a nerve. I was polite, I said yes sir, I was looking for a new town home either way. I was simply confused about Zillow and wanted clarity. This will not be acceptable as a Customer.
