I cannot say enough great things about this place and my experience here. I generally keep a very tight schedule, and I live 40 minutes away, but with the app I was able to check their availability and even request a stylist. I was looking for a place to cut my ponytail off that I've had for 10+ years so this was a very personal matter to me. Every single one of the stylist helped me feel confident in my decision and helped me choose what direction and style that would fit me best. The process was smooth and seamless; the haircut came out fantastic. Having been 10 years since my last haircut I chose to go all out with the MVP treatment. What a great choice it was. I left feeling confident and completely recharged. If I could give more stars I would, this place and the ladies that work there are absolutely tremendous.

The manager at the bowling green location was so kind. She was able to accommodate me 10-15 minutes before my official appointment time. She gave me one of the best haircuts I’ve ever had. I also was able to observe how incredible she was to her employees. Would 11/10 recommend to my peers.

Did not give me the cut I showed the stylist she made me look like a boy and made it way shorter than I wanted. I guess that's why men come here so much and I guess women shouldn't. The worst haircut experience of my life and I am 60 years old! I have to walk around like this! I'm in tears!!! If I could post pictures I would.

If I could give a .5 a star I would in my personal experience, I asked for my sides to be faded from a 1 to a 1 1/2, then my hair to be cut just above my eyebrows not too short and not in the way, apparently Jessica if I’m not mistaken decided to scratch that and freestyle my hair the way she wanted to today. It was wayyyyyyyyy too short.🤦🏼♂️
