I love the staff!!! They leave you alone unless you want to ask something. Then when you ask they’re very thorough and knowledgeable about the machine! Rude has never been a word I would connect with this store.

Have brought my machine here the ladies here are very helpful I even took a beginner quilting class there loved it having a lot of fun with it I will be buying my quilting machine from them as well

I called to check on a Brother sewing machine cost they do not carry any machine that is sold on line or in like Walmart. To me it sounded like they were inferior products and they would not sell them that was my impression.
