I had water damage in a rental house. Phil and his team began the work quickly and they completed it in the agreed time. my tenant was able to get back in the house in the time line promised. The work was done and there were no surprises regarding the budgeted amount. I was very pleased. Mary Ann Carmon
They were prompt and professional. When additional damage was discovered they were able to negotiate with the insurance company and was able to get them to cover the additional cost.
Phil and his crew were very knowledgeable in dealing with the mold and damaged structures. Although the job is still pending ( insurance lagging ) they have been back out for every hiccup the weather caused under the circumstances.even going the extra mile fixing things not related to the job but needing attention. You can’t ask for a better crew if you need any home restorations! I’m anxious to see the final results
