Dr Ladd might be the kindest doctor I have ever interacted with. His patience with children is 10/10 and does a great job of explaining everything so you actually understand. I cannot say enough nice things about him.

Everyone from the receptionist nurse and Doctors are all polite,professional, listen to all your questions explain in a way that can be understood. In short make it as good an experience as possible.

My experience was very good. To start my appointment was on time no waiting. Dr Minielly and the nurse came right in and explained the procedure to me. This helped lower my anxiety. Once the numbing was over it was pain free. Dr Minielly told me everything he was done and ask how I felt throughout the process.Because this was on my face I felt good about the way he explained how he would try and hide the incision in my jawline. Very professional and caring. The site looks good and I go back to get stitches out this week.
