Customer service was awesome for my laptop battery replacement. We originally agreed on $185 for parts and labor, but after he got the parts, he found a better supplier and honestly told me the price dropped to $117. Very honest (John) sweet deal.
Had issues with my Gaming PC and worked on it for three days trying to fix the issue.
After trying everything short of replacing hardware and throwing everything and the kitchen sink at it, I had to take it to a tech shop.
Took it to this dude and he figured out the issue quickly (bad RAM), and was able to order replacement sticks that were equivalent and also cheaper than the components I had in there previously,
Had the PC back after three days with a fresh BIOS, a fresh install of of Windows 11, and all drivers and software for the GPU and everything else installed.
The PC runs just as good as when I built it two years ago.
