Chad explained what needed to be done and is very knowledgeable and efficient. He replaced a bad thermostat and helped us get set up and begin using it. Due to rain, he could not come when he was scheduled. He kept us informed regarding when he would be arriving.

Chad was quick and efficient! He diagnosed and had the issue with our thermostat fixed within minutes. I know I can trust him and the company to not try and sell us things we don’t need or aren’t necessary. I highly recommend iComfort Hurt Mechanical for all your HVAC needs!

We’ve been using i comfort for years (previously hurt mech.). They always provide great service. We’ve been fortunate to have Chad as our tech each time, he is friendly, knowledgeable, and someone you can trust will not sell you something you don’t need. He always takes the time to explain the issue clearly in easy to understand terms. It’s a very old school service mentality where your interests are their top priority. You really cannot ask for more in a company.
