“Timesavers Caregiving and Concierge services has been a lifesaver for my Dad and family! My father has Dementia and I needed to go back to work, but I was concerned as to who I was going to get to care for him. My biggest concern was getting trained caretakers who specialized in caring for Dementia patients. I met with Jenny on a Monday, shared our needs/concerns and I immediately felt a sense of relief. Within the same week, I met with her and the caregiver. Jenny made a perfect match for our daytime caregiver. Within 5 weeks, we added overnight caregivers and once again, perfect matches! Timesavers handles all of our billing to the Long Term Care Insurance which is a huge help. Any questions I have, I can look on the portal, call, text or email and all questions are answered promptly. My Dad and our family could not be more pleased with the caretakers and the services they have provided inside our home. I highly recommend this agency and would be happy to share more information with anyone individually, should you need it.
