Obviously hank has built himself into one of the top selling realitors in the bowling green area since the early 2010s. Our experience with him is that he just had too many properties to tend to and not enough time to deal with our own property. For example it would take him up to 4 days to respond to text messages and when we told him to reduce our listing price it took him 3 weeks to do so. I know Hank has several people working under him and at the very least would have expected his assistants and coworkers to tend to our issues.
