“Knew Joe (owner) was a handy man jack of all trades, and our water heater went out yesterday morning (7/8/26). the first person i called when i determined it wasn’t the thermocoupling and needed to be replaced was Joe. he immediately came over and double checked with new thermocoupling to make sure i wasn’t wasting money and confirmed. he went out and got a new water heater and had it installed in 30 minutes. I trust Joe like he’s family, he’s a good person that cares about his customers. at 5pm when he was wrapping up after testing the hot water heater, he had to go straight back to a roof install in Austin, KY past Barren River lake to finish supervising an install without dinner. Take notes, folks!”
