My husband and I were on our way south to MS to visit family, when we developed a leak in our camper's toilet. We pulled into Camping World, hoping they could fix it. They took us immediately,repairing the problem. The staff was so kind and friendly,going above and beyond,in what seemed to be a very busy day. Thank you so much.

I'd give 0 stars if it was possible, but I guess the sales process was ok. Dealing with the service department has been the worst service experience of my life, and it doesn't even seem like there's anyone there that even cares. Not sure if this typical for other Camping Worlds, but I sure hope not.

Very clean bussiness on the inside. The first gentleman we worked with seemed very new and wasn't prepared with information or layout of where the RV's were in the lot that we were going to view. No unit is pre plugged in so we got a tour of the beind the screens when our rep had to go get a battery jump box to be able to open slides of the units. The second gentleman was very knowledgeable with the lot unit layout, prices,and stayed true in showing us what we were looking for.

Very clean place, friendly staff. But we told the front desk and salesman what we were looking for price range wise and features on an rv. And they kept showing us rvs 30k or more over what we wanted to spend. Was a waste of time.

Purchased a 5th wheel camper from there was a great experience..no hassle. It was used and I have them a offer that I thought was fair and it was $1800 below asking price and they took it no problem.. I actually had to leave the camper a couple extra days until I got get my truck and go get it and they had no problem with storage on it for those few days. Definitely would purchase another camper in the future from them.. Most likely won't be a new one but as far as used campers go they definitely have great deals when they have them which is not very often I think.

Been there several times and nobody even says hi. Today I walked by 5 sales offices, all had salesman in them with no customers. Not one person acknowledged me. I looked at campers for half an hour with no help. Walked out the door, again nobody said anything. They were not busy at all. I was just about ready to buy one today. Funny how they blow your phone up if you click on a unit on FB. Customer service at its best!! Maybe I’ll go home and put on a tuxedo and come back. lol.

Took our camper there today to have the gas furnace repaired. Forgot to mention a possible gas leak. As a part of checking the furnace after the repair the technician found the leak, I was notified and repairs made saving more time with no heat, and money! Well done!
