As an out of state buyer I had an excellent experience at Camping World in Bowling Green. Kaleb went above and beyond throughout the buying process, even picking me up at the airport and making sure everything was ready when I arrived from Minnesota. I had a little mishap this afternoon while pulling into get gas at buc-cees in Smith's Grove. Bumped the corner post next to gas pump with my 5th wheel Jayco Eagle and realized my kitchen slide wasn't working. Wife looked up nearest camper service and Camping World of Bowling Green was the closest. We called ahead and service desk said we'll have someone look at it. Pulled in there and an RV Tech named Josh met me up front to take a look at it. Within 20 minutes he had it figured out, was just a wire that had pulled apart so one of the motors wasn't getting power. Salesman was great, sales manager was not, waited to call us after we left to give us another offer. Tyler (I think was his first name), was our salesman, very nice and knowledgeable to help us out. Prices on the internet were not met and very confusing to the real price. Should be more informative to what you need and don’t say anything about down payment on the internet. Good job getting us there, but not on financial terms. Will not be back
