After dealing with 3 sets of Home Depot delivery employees (we received 2 faulty dishwashers and finally got a refund and went with Best Buy instead), these men were a breath of fresh air. The entire interaction was positive, from start to finish.
From their warm smiles when I opened the door, to ensuring the front door shut whenever they came in or out (who knew this wasn’t a common practice??), to carefully placing the new dishwasher so that our hardwood floors weren’t damaged, cleaning up all of the packaging trash, etc, they were kind and considerate the entire interaction.
Marcus and Jay Williams did an awesome job of removing our old microwave and installing the new one. They were very polite and professional. They even cleaned up after they replaced the microwave. They were very quick and efficient. I think it took more time to do paperwork than the install. :) Very happy with those two.
Came within a few days and arrived when they said. He diagnosed our troubles with the HVAC and had to make 2 trips to get the parts. It’s working great now! The service tech was a very nice gentleman.
