My PT was great, if it wasn’t for her and me doing as I was told, I’m sure I wouldn’t be as far in my recovery as I am. My nurse was also great. Got lucky and did not need OT!! HOWEVER, my last PT was July 15, 2024 and I was supposed to be discharged on July 25, 2024 THEN after no call or anything, I got told when I called them after a no show and no call that they would be here today July 29, 2024 and guess what……ANOTHER NO CALL AND NO SHOW????? I will not wait around any longer for this company to show up, I have already wasted two days on them and they never showed. They listen some but do what they want .They had my Mother several, several different times she passed away no visitation at funeral home nor a card sent from them !! Seems appropriate that at least a card after all the people she had OT, PT , Speech and a nurse on occasion who done vital signs which I done everyday but couldn't give a bathe or help me give her a bath These people werecoming for a long time to provide services . Most visits was 20 minutes then out the door ....My mother loved Leif the PT guy he took his time with her and ,she loved Rebecca speech therapist who took her time and Ryan OT was thorough and she always laughed with him .
