I attended Berea College more than a decade ago & always appreciated the service at the time. This week, I needed our medical records & Jaleah from medical record made it a very easy process. She is very professional, friendly, & super helpful!
I came in for refills and have to say it is hands down, THE SLOWEST doctors office I’ve ever been to in my life. Appointment was at 5:40, I arrived and checked in at 5:15pm, wasn’t called back until 6:20, didn’t see the doctor until 7:15. Absolutely ridiculous and needs fixed with more providers available. The ladies that checked me in were nice and the nurse practitioner was very thorough.
