I love my job at SMX! The people is what makes it enjoyable. They are my favorite part. I also enjoy the work I do. I would leave 5 stars but I have 2 critiques. One, consistency in job placement. Two, more frequent pay raises. Thank you for accepting me into your team. I’m forever grateful.

everyone is nice for the most part but some forget we all work at the same place. We all work at a factory.. no one is any less human regardless of wage, position and time with the company. It's a lesson I've realized even more so since acquiring this job. When you refuse to kiss bum bum to get ahead, the road is a rocky one. But being myself and getting talked to and treated like I am dumber than a box of rocks is better than putting up a facade to get noticed.
