I had an appointment for testing at 9:00 a.m. I flag down the receptionist after waiting 40 minutes to request completion of initial paperwork. The receptionist ask me to sign documents digitally with a stylus without reading them. Of course the whole point of signing was to ensure that I had read them thoroughly. I didn't sign. Ask for a paper copy. Read the documents. Finally was taken into the back office for testing. Discouraging, how can the staff be late for a 9:00 appointment first in the morning?
