The honesty of Penn and Sons is why I continue to use them. The service is excellent, they don't make promises they can't keep and I feel like they won't do extra work just to make a buck. One local company quoted me on a new HVAC unit, agreeing to "work with me" on the deductible. Penn and Sons came in and fixed it on the first call for $300; a far cry from a new unit. Second repair - less than a hundred bucks. They are local to Benton and at least for our family, they have been trustworthy.

Friendly professional service that is second to no one. They came to our house, built in 1979 and totally reworked our duct system so that different areas of our home could be climate controlled, apart from other parts of the house. They also installed a new h/vac unit that, since our other was original to the house and was not heating or cooling proficient for a much smaller but incredibly better unit than the old. Really can't say enough good about these guys. Good prices, honest and good workers.

I can"t say enough great things about Penn & son. They have very knowledgeable technicians and the best customer service i have found anywhere around.

I guess I should start this off by addressing the company since you won't call me back and hang up on me when I call. Thank you so much for telling me that I needed to call someone else, it worked out for the best for me. Called another company, they came out the next day, and had the problem diagnosed in less than 10 minutes. Turns out that split units have and indoor and outdoor units, who knew?!? Apparently not Penn and Son because they never checked the outside unit and that's where the problem was. Telling customers to go somewhere else isn't good business.
