The honesty of Penn and Sons is why I continue to use them. The service is excellent, they don't make promises they can't keep and I feel like they won't do extra work just to make a buck. One local company quoted me on a new HVAC unit, agreeing to "work with me" on the deductible. Penn and Sons came in and fixed it on the first call for $300; a far cry from a new unit. Second repair - less than a hundred bucks. They are local to Benton and at least for our family, they have been trustworthy.

Friendly professional service that is second to no one. They came to our house, built in 1979 and totally reworked our duct system so that different areas of our home could be climate controlled, apart from other parts of the house.
They also installed a new h/vac unit that, since our other was original to the house and was not heating or cooling proficient for a much smaller but incredibly better unit than the old.
Really can't say enough good about these guys. Good prices, honest and good workers.
