After 100 years, 5 months and 15 days on earth God called my Mom, Ollie Edwards, home to Heaven. My sisters and I made pre-need arrangements some 8 years ago so when the time came the staff at Filbeck-Cann Milner & Orr graciously stepped in and professionally took care of everything. As a family friend, Ryan even came in on his day off and with expertise explained the procedures and services so well that we didn't even have questions. From start to finish the service, atmosphere and friendless made a difficult time so much easier. Thank you, Ryan, Filbeck-Cann, Milner & Orr for all you do for this community. Well done good and faithful servants.
Being in the business myself, i see things that family wouldn't at a funeral service. The Staff did an amazing job for my grandfathers funeral I was immensely empresses. They not only have a beautiful funeral home and memorial building, they also made us feel like we were the only family that mattered to them at that time. The funeral home manager Ryan Graham was right there every time I needed him, they made the worst day of my life and my families life so much easier. When my mom passed away, we always knew that her funeral would be at Filbeck-Cann because her family had used Filbeck-Cann for 50+ years. It was the best decision because they are amazing. I can't put into words how much I appreciate the staff there. Ryan, Brian, Roger, Kristina, Sue, everyone went above and beyond to meet our family's every need. They responded to every question, call and text that I had and were always there to assist. They loved and cared for our family and were patient, helpful and kind but also professional.
