This is a wonderful place to take your pet to be groomed! I have a very stubborn miniature daschund who has been kicked out of every other groomer saying he was too difficult to do. Even though Carolyn knew this upfront she agreed to take Ruger. With today being our second visit, Ruger had significant progress! I am one happy client!! Carolyn takes the time to work with the pet and educates the owner as well if something needs to be corrected. I believe that with Ruger, Carolyn is a true dog whisperer! The grooming site is so nice and clean as well!

Carolyn is a knowledgeable and skilled groomer. My two girls are not fans of trips to the groomer and can be difficult to deal with but Carolyn handled them both with great patience and loving care. It’s easy to see even after our first visit that she is genuinely a kind person who wants the best for all of her furry clients and their people. Carolyn made many good recommendations of products and even foods that could benefit my fur babies. It’s not often you go to a professional for a service and leave feeling like you’ve made a new friend.

Caroline is very knowledgeable when it comes to what is best for my sweet Frenchie! She takes her time and she is always so patient and offering advice when I need it about products I should try to minimize the pee smell as Goose is not yet fully potty trained! We are getting there though! Thank you Caroline for being so patient with my very rambunctious puppy!
