I brought my cat here for the first time today! Every staff member I interacted with - from my first phone call, to the front desk staff, the vet tech, and Dr. Ziemba - was wonderful. I feel the cost was very reasonable, and the space is incredibly clean.
I cannot say enough good things about Riverview. I’ve been taking my highly sensitive cat, Bug, there for years and they are the most patient, knowledgeable, kind veterinarians, vet techs, and front desk staff I’ve come across. They even have a separate room to swaddle her when doing blood draws and administering fluids which is huge to keep her calm.
I have to share my experience with this group and Dr. Mahan as well as the entire office staff. From the moment I called in to discuss my concerns for a new puppy that no one really “heard” my worries to the office visit with Dr. Mahan. They have been absolutely wonderful! The gentleman who answered the phone when I called to inquire into services was so kind, he listened to every concern and showed empathy. When I arrived for my appt I was greeted by office staff who worked quickly to get me to a room.
