I really want to stress how communicative this company is. From the day you drop off to the day you pick up they are letting you know where the process stands and what the next steps will be. They want everything to be done the right way and they guarantee their work. If you need repair work this is the place to go.

My passenger side mirror got dinged on a 2021 Acura. I had three local body shops look at it. The first estimate was right at $1,000; the second was over $1,200. Eric Jr., took the time to look at it and determined that I didn't need a whole new mirror assembly. Eric Hayden's estimate (and price to fix it) was right at $300. I am not saying that he is always 70% under the nearest competitor. What I am saying is that he cared enough, was honest enough and took the time to troubleshoot the problem instead of just offering a cookie cutter "replace the whole mirror" solution.
