About Nail Spa
Nail Spa is a busy salon known for its friendly staff and quality services. Customers appreciate the prompt service, with pedicures starting quickly and lasting well. Many have enjoyed their manicures and gel treatments, which typically last about three weeks. A popular choice among customers is the #3 pedicure with hot stones and paraffin dip, praised for providing a relaxing experience. However, there are concerns about inconsistent pricing for the same services, suggesting a need for clearer pricing across the staff. Walk-ins are welcome, especially early in the morning, allowing for a more relaxed experience. The staff is polite and attentive, often checking in on customer satisfaction during the service. While some customers have noted discrepancies in nail color between fingers and toes, overall feedback remains positive, with many expressing satisfaction and a willingness to return.
I am from out out town, visiting for work. I was long overdue and chose this place for a much-needed pedi and replacement set. A great experience! I got white powder with pink gel and a French tip and a chrome finish. Mr Happy did an excellent job- especially on the tips - he patiently redid a couple at my request and was sure to check in with my satisfaction before putting them in the led light to cure. I spent $150 without tip, which I think is fair for the amount of time spent. Loved everything about this place and would...read full review
It was so nice, the way things are done have changed some I was last there. My mother in law picked out a color she loved but her toes and finger nails are not the same color. One was jel and the other was not, so I guess it looked different
Great for walk ins especially early in the morning when they can take their time (go at 9am seriously!). They are good at simple nails. It was $50 for my short french tip and it was about 45 minutes to complete. The staff is very polite and asks multiple times if you like the length and how the nail is coming together. I’d come back for my fill most definitely! My only complaint is my sides are noticeably dry maybe from the excess acrylic but that is an easy fix with cuticle oil (they do not cut cuticles and massage lotion into your hands after). I’m satisfied and tipped $10.
